Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT IS HOMIFIED CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at info@homified.in or WhatsApp us on +918142182030 between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES? There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, but if the order has already been shipped, we’ll not be able to cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your order before shipment, you can reach out to us at info@homified.in to notify. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION? The policies for all products are different. Please check the Shipping & Returns tab on the main product page to check if the products are cancellable/returnable or not. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE? In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request. For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
